Stonewall is an exclusive neighborhood of 18 custom homesites on Magpie Lane. Magpie Lane is a new street and may not be found in your gps system. It is located off of Miller Rd. in Hillsbourough (between Panther Ct. and Minnick Rd.)
The length of time it takes to build a custom home can vary depending on a number of factors. If you have a good idea of what features you want in a home and a plan you already love - the process might be shorter. If you're designing something truly custom - you may be looking at a longer timeframe. We are well versed at helping clients through the process so feel free to reach out for more information!

We have several options for financing. Most clients who build with us get a Construction Perm (CP) Loan or pay cash. We have a few trusted lenders we are happy to recommend. If you are looking for a builder to carry the cost of the build - we could certainly discuss that as well.
